The Veterinary Emergency Referral Center provides a full compliment of surgical services including orthopedic, soft tissue and neurosurgical procedures. The following list is some of the more commonly performed procedures but is by no means all inclusive:

The Veterinary Emergency Referral Center is a member of Securos concierge program. This program allows us to maintain a large inventory of orthopedic implants (plates, screws, interlocking nails, intramedullary pins, wire etc.) readily available within the hospital. By maintaining inventory on site we are able to perform nearly any orthopedic procedure without the delay of ordering and the subsequent wait of shipping and delivery of specialized orthopedic implants. This allows our patients to be treated faster reducing pain and speeding recovery.
We have two surgical suites that are fully equipped with advanced anesthetic monitoring equipment, Puron air filtration systems, digital radiography viewing stations and central oxygen, nitrogen, medical gas evacuation and suction systems. Our surgery suites also have an epoxy floor and wall system producing a monolithic structure that is 100% impervious to liquid. The Veterinary Emergency Referral Center has created our surgery department to provide the absolute highest quality care available.
