Anne Looney is our Client Service Manager, bringing more than a decade of experience in client-focused roles and 11 years specifically within the veterinary field. Although she originally pursued veterinary medicine with the goal of becoming a veterinarian, Anne soon discovered that her true passion lay in the operational and client-service side of the profession.

Driven by a genuine desire to help others, Anne finds her greatest fulfillment in supporting clients and her team, striving to make a positive impact, no matter how small. Her commitment to creating meaningful experiences for those around her is at the heart of everything she does.

At home, Anne enjoys life with her husband, Richard, their energetic Miniature Australian Shepherd named Ace, three pampered chickens, and their turtle, Speedy. Outside the hospital, she loves spending time with her family and animals, as well as exploring her creative hobbies, including art and woodworking.
